Refund policy

Refunds Within 30 Days of Purchase

All purchases are fully refundable to your purchasing method or store credit within 30 days of purchase provided you haven't booked a time and date yet for your Escape. Refunds are returned to your original payment method or issued as store credit. You can do this yourself via the account section. Please use the same email to login as you used to make the purchase.

For purchases made between 1st November and 31st December, the refund window is extended until 31sy January of the following year.

Exchanges After 30 Days of Purchase

After 30 days of purchase and before your voucher expires, you may exchange an Escape for any other Escape of equal or lesser value on the site provided you haven't booked a time and date yet for your Escape. Please reach out to customer service at support@foodescapes.com.

Changing a Booking

If you have already booked a date and time for your Food Escape, you may change the booking time and date as many times as you want. Changes are available up until 4pm the day before your scheduled booking. This can be done from the booking page in the account section.

After 4pm the day before your booking, all times are final. Missed bookings or unused places on a Food Escape are treated as a no show and are not refundable or exchangeable.

Third Party Purchases

If you purchased your Escape through a third party website, marketplace or partner, any refund requests must be made directly with the original place of purchase. We only issue refunds for Escapes bought on this website.

Expiry

All Escapes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once expired, they cannot be refunded, exchanged or changed.
